Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through:

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
 

 

1. Training Programmes & Training Kits

Due to the professional, educational, and hygienic nature of our training programmes and associated materials:

  • All training fees become non-refundable once a training kit has been dispatched

  • Training kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched

  • Deposits are non-refundable once kit dispatch has occurred

This applies regardless of:

  • Course attendance

  • Rescheduling

  • Withdrawal

  • Change of circumstances

 

2. Training Date Rescheduling

  • Training dates may be rescheduled with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • Rescheduling does not entitle the customer to a refund

 

3. Retail Products

For retail (non-training) products:

  • Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, where permitted by applicable consumer laws

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

4. Private Label & Custom Orders

  • Private label, bespoke, or custom-manufactured products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced

 

5. International Orders

  • Refunds do not include customs duties, import taxes, or international shipping fees

  • ELÉGENCÉ LTD is not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs authorities

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting ELÉGENCÉ LTD first may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Cancellation of enrolment or access

  • Provision of evidence to the payment provider

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns promptly.

 

8. Discretionary Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, ELÉGENCÉ LTD may offer:

  • Course date transfers

  • Store credit

This does not constitute a refund and is granted at our sole discretion.
