ELÉGENCÉ LTD ships products and professional training kits to customers worldwide.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

For training programmes, training kits are dispatched prior to course date booking to allow adequate preparation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@elegenceteethwhitening.com and our team will be happy to assist.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier services.

Estimated delivery guidelines:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.

ELÉGENCÉ LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

6. Training Kits & Professional Products

Due to the professional and hygienic nature of training kits:

  • Orders must be shipped to a valid, complete address

  • Training kits are non-returnable once dispatched

  • Delivery must be confirmed before course dates are scheduled

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

 

7. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, ELÉGENCÉ LTD is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

 

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch

  • Refunds are not available for shipping costs already incurred

 

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
