Non Peroxide Gel: Propylene Glycol, Glycerol, Aqua, Carbomer, Carboxymethyl, Triethanolamine, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Menthol, Sodium Bicarbonate.

Mould the thermo-fitting mouth trays ( See instruction booklet).
Place a small drop of gel on each tooth impression on the upper &lower mouth trays. Place the upper & lower mouth trays into your mouth. Put gentle pressure on the upper mouth tray by pushing on your upper lip with your fingers in order to insure a tight fit. Do the same on the lower mouth tray.
If you are using the optional blue UV light, turn the light on by pressing the white button, then place the light in your mouth. Keep the light in place until it automatically turns off (about 10 minutes).
Remove the light and continue wearing mouth trays for approximately 20-45 minutes. (WE RECOMMEND STARTING AT 20 MINUTES AND GRADUALLY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF TIME).
Remove mouth trays and rinse in lukewarm water. Store in a clean, dry place. Repeat daily until ideal shade of white is achieved.
Storage: Avoid sunlight and keep in a cool, dry place.
Shelf Life: 24 months
